My name is Janice Wong and I believe in empathy for the user and the business.
I am a service designer intent on creating meaningful experiences that scale. I want to focus on each and every touch point that a single user might experience and I want to make sure I’ve done it in a way that acknowledges the business’s operational capabilities and financial responsibilities.
A seasoned workshop facilitator and teacher, I use a human-centered approach to help organizations navigate complex issues and leverage my past life as a graphic designer to craft memorable, compelling stories and artifacts along the way.
I hold a Master of Design and MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology and have worked with public and private sector clients in a variety of industries including CPG, health insurance, and music. Currently I am a design & insights lead in Doblin‘s Toronto office. I am always looking for new collaborators and would love to hear from you!
