My name is Janice Wong and I believe in empathy for the user and the business.
I am a service designer intent on creating meaningful experiences that scale. I use a human-centered approach to help organizations navigate complex issues involving multiple stakeholders and conflicting motivations. My practice is grounded by an understanding of the operational coordination it takes for businesses to deliver consistent service experiences.
I hold a Master of Design and MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology and have worked with public and private sector clients in a variety of industries including CPG, health insurance, and music. I’m always looking for new collaborators and would love to hear from you!
